Gurugram, 09th October 2017: Emaar India, the iconic brand and leading global property developer, today launched its swanky new ‘Emaar India Sales Centre’ at Digital Greens, Sector 61, Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram. The state-of-the-art sales centre will act as a new pathway for Emaar’s onward journey in India. The sales centre will be a one-stop destination for Emaar India’s upcoming projects to be launched across Gurugram. 

Emaar India is preparing for launch of many of its new product offerings in Gurugram, which will cater to varied needs of the customers. Over the next 6 months, about 1600 units spread across 6 projects are expected to be launched .The sales centre will also showcase blueprint/3D models of upcoming projects thereby enabling the customers to make an informed decision at the time of booking their units.

Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Sanjay Malhotra, CEO, Emaar India said, “We are happy to launch our new Sales Centre on the Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram. Through this Sales Centre, we will showcase Emaar India’s latest offerings to the customers and extend best-in-class services and support to them. This Centre will be in closer proximity to many of our projects in the Gurugram area and will provide easier access to our developments for the customers."

There has been a revival in consumer sentiments for quality products and the resultant impact is felt on the demand for residential real estate projects. In line with its growth strategy, market potential and customer needs, Emaar India is gearing up for launching 1600 units over the next 6 months” Mr. Malhotra added.

A slew of policy measures taken by the government have been instrumental in reinstating the faith of the customers in the real estate sector. The sector therefore is witnessing a positive trend in the market. 

Post the initiation of demerger process last year, Emaar India had raised Rs 2,500 crore to expedite execution and completion of its ongoing projects.  In line with its focus, the company is committed to deliver 11,000 units by FY 2019 beginning with delivering over 3,000 units in the year 2017 itself. To achieve this target, the project teams have been revamped and labour deployment has been increased to more than 15,000 at various project locations within a short span of time.

Emaar India has already received Occupancy Certificates for 2600 units in the last 15 months, and has applied for Occupancy certificate of another 3,000 units.
